Payment & Billing

Upon subscribing, users authorize Physica to charge their selected payment method, with the ability to update information as needed. Receipts are sent via email after successful charges. Subscriptions continue until canceled or terminated, requiring adherence to plan-specific terms for cancellation to prevent billing.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We offer refunds for our paid services under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.

  • Service Disruption: If we experience a significant disruption in our services that impacts your ability to use them.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the quality or effectiveness of our paid services, and you contact us within 30 days of your purchase or subscription.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@physica.fit with the subject line "Refund Request." In your email, include your name, contact information, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant details.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of India.
